Earlier in her career, Griffin supported small businesses, consulting firms, and organizations in roles spanning total G&A operational ownership, full-charge accounting, human resources, executive support, project management, web development, graphic design, and systems administration. Her responsibilities included managing compliance-driven documentation, supporting workflows, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across technical, creative, and administrative teams.
