J. Griffin leads operations, strategy and delivery of fractional design and support services. With more than 25 years of experience across operations, systems design, and organizational support, she partners with people, organizations, and leadership teams to build practical structures that enable clarity and sustainable growth. Griffin’s career reflects a strong foundation in operations management, organizational development, design, and digital systems. She has led the development and implementation of digital assets, internal knowledge platforms, workflow frameworks, and documentation environments, with particular expertise in supporting remote and distributed teams. Her work focuses on translating leadership vision into repeatable processes that teams can adopt, maintain, and scale. Earlier in her career, Griffin supported small businesses, consulting firms, and organizations in roles spanning total G&A operational ownership, full-charge accounting, human resources, executive support, project management, web development, graphic design, and systems administration. Her responsibilities included managing compliance-driven documentation, supporting workflows, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across technical, creative, and administrative teams. She is known for bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that plans move forward in practice. Born and raised in New England, Griffin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Communications Design via the Robert P. Stiller School of Business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, completing a Graduate Certificate in Positive Organizational Development, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Positive Psychology and Organizational Development via Champlain's David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry. ​ Beyond her professional work, Griffin enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and maintains a strong interest in art, music, and film, with a particular appreciation for creative work that explores human experience and storytelling. She brings that same perspective to Agency Mae, guiding the firm with an emphasis on thoughtful leadership and a vision that supports both people and performance.
